Based around expert telephone support and a large number of regional support engineers, Cencorp ensures that if a problem cannot be rectified remotely, on-site assistance is always close at hand.
In the event of a problem, Cencorp will do everything necessary to get a customer's automation equipment up and running again as quickly as possible.
This is supplemented by numerous local spare parts facilities and two central spare part holdings at Longmont in the US, and Lohja in Finland.
