The Flexible Materials are thin converted polymer films, which are laminated with multiple materials and then die-cut. The materials are bonded on one or two sides to electrodeposited or rolled annealed metal foil which can be patterned by etching or die-cutting and decorated with printing. Finished product is delivered on tape on reel ready to be used in automated assembly lines. Typical applications for flexible substrates are antennas, labels and RFID tags. |

Flexible radiatorsCencorp has been manufactured flexible circuits since 1997. Our in-house developed reel-to-reel manufacturing lines have been shown to be highly efficient resulting in high and consistent quality products at affordable prices. Cencorp provides full range of services for flexible radiators including fast prototyping and response to design changes. We have all processes in-house and is thus able to provide even complex products with very short lead times. Our offering also includes gold plating, folding and stiffeners. Antennas are delivered on reel with customer specified adhesive that are well suited for automated assembly. Cencorp can also provide decorative printed labels and radiators with decorative printing. |
