JARMO KANERVO, B. 1954, Acting CEO, CFO, GMT member 2006
Mr Kanervo is in charge of Group Finance and Treasury. He has worked as a CFO for Cencorp during the years 1997-2002. Mr. Kanervo has a long and comprehensive career in Group Finance and Treasury working with companies operating in industrial and wholesale sectors including Amer, Cultor, Finvest, Lundia and Paulig.                                                                                       

VILLE PARPOLA, B. 1972, Vice President, Legal Affairs, GMT member 2004 –
LLM. Mr Ville Parpola is in charge of corporate legal affairs. Parpola works also as a Secretary of the Board of Directors of Cencorp Corporation. Previously he worked for Attorneys at Law, Borenius & Kemppinen Ltd, where his areas of specialty included mergers and acquisitions as well as international contracts. Parpola has worked as General Counsel for Cencorp during the years 1999-2002.

ARTO TIMONEN, B. 1963, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, GMT Member 2008 -

SAMI LAHOKOSKI, B. 1973, Vice President, Operations, GMT member 2007 –
Mr. Lahokoski is in charge of Cencorp Corporation's Lohja plant operations. Mr. Lahokoski has worked in Cencorp Corporation since year 2000 in various positions for example as manager responsible of customer projects and as manager responsible for purchasing operation.

HANNU SEPPÄLÄ, B. 1959, Vice President, Testing and Laser Business, GMT member 2001 –
Mr. Seppälä previously worked as a test solutions entrepreneur. His company, Salon Hannu Seppälä Ltd, was acquired by Cencorp Corporation in 1999.
