Cencorp Corporation acquires the share capital of TMD Test
Mechanic & Design Oy. Company is based in the City of Salo and it is specialized to product development services and manufacturing of product prototypes of electronics testing equipment. Seller in the acquisition is the personnel of TMD.

Purchase price consists of  EUR 120.000  cash portion and possible earn-out portion which is based on revenue and turnover development of  testing business. Earn-out will be paid by shares of Cencorp Corporation in year 2009. Maximum amount of earn-out portion is 1.000.000 new shares of Cencorp Corporation.

Acquisition strengthens testing equipment know-how of Cencorp Corporation and ensures rapid, flexible and customer-driven product development of testing solutions.
