Cencorp Corporation has received its first product order from India. The company will deliver a Cencorp 1000 BR bottom router system to a customer in the telecommunications field. The system will be delivered to the customer during the fourth quarter of this year. Due to a mutual contract, Cencorp can
not publish the name of the customer or the value of the order.

Many Cencorp’s OEM customers and their contract manufacturers are opening up factories or increasing their production capacity in India. This requires new investments in production automation and testing systems. This first order is
the result of customer oriented marketing and sales efforts in line with Cencorp’s strategy renewed in spring 2004. It is a major opportunity for the company in a new geographical area.

Cencorp is preparing to receive further orders for Cencorp 1000 BR bottom router systems as well as MLT 2000 multilevel testers from India during the fourth quarter of this year.

After marketing and service of Cencorp products in India is handled by Autron Corporation Inc. (www.autroncorp.com). Autron is Cencorp’s distributor in Asia except for South Korea and Japan. The company employs approximately 500 employees, and it is listed in the Singapore stock exchange. In addition
to the sales cooperation in Asia, Cencorp and Autron aim at developing the after marketing and service of Cencorp products into a profitable business that will support sales activities.
