Cencorp Corporation has delivered the first Singulase LD 10 cutting machine to customer. Cencorp’s goal is to build up the production automation business for the semiconductor industry to support the electronics industry production and testing automation business. The new business is expected to make up over 20% of Cencorp turnover by the end of year 2007.

Cencorp’s subsidiary Singulase Oy and Taiwanese TKK Ltd (www.tkk.com.tw) have signed an agreement on the sales cooperation of Singulase products in Taiwan, which is one of the fastest growing markets for semiconductor industry products. The cooperation between Singulase and TKK Ltd aims
at winning important customers from the leading semiconductor industry companies in the area.

In the summer of 2005 Singulase has started selection process to build up a global sales and maintenance network for fiber laser products. Singulase will choose its partners for the American and European markets during the fourth quarter of this year. The company aims at creating a network that cover the most important market areas of the semiconductor industry,
namely Asia, the Americas and Europe.
