According to the information received by Cencorp Corporation today, on 23 September 2005, Etra-Invest Oy´s ownership has decreased under 10 percent of the share amount and voting rights in Cencorp Corporation.

As a result of the sale Etra-Invest Oy´s share from the share capital and voting rights in Cencorp Corporation decreased from approximately 11,8% to approximately 9,6%.

Etra-Invest Oy owned before the sale 3.700.000 shares and after the sale it owns 3.000.000 shares in Cencorp Corporation. Total number of Cencorp Corporation shares and voting rights is 31.250.591.
