1. Name change

The Board of Directors proposes to the general meeting that PMJ automec´s name will be changed to Cencorp Oyj. Following change to the articles of association is proposed:

“1 § Name and domicile of the company: Company´s name is Cencorp Oyj, in Swedish Cencorp Abp and in English Cencorp Corporation. Domicile of the company is Lohja.”

Based on the new strategic direction, which was defined during the spring of 2004, PMJ automec shall focus on enhancing its standard products business. Standard products business consists of testing, odd-form components placement and
printed circuit board cutting related products. In addition PMJ automec shall launch a new laser based cutting system for semiconductor manufacturing industry during the first half of 2005.

As a part of the structural changes of PMJ automec the activities, which are not related to the standard products have been divested during 2004. Such activities include cable manufacturing, metal products contract manufacturing and
manufacturing of customized production lines – i.e. the project business unit. As the PMJ trademark is strongly associated with the project business, PMJ automec´s board of directors proposes changing the name of the company to
Cencorp Oyj.
