Following approval at Annual General Meeting held on 23 March 2005, the proposed change to the Company's trade name has been registered in the Trade Register and is therefore effective today. The new name is Cencorp Oyj in Finnish and Cencorp Corporation in English.

The new company code of the Company's shares in Helsinki Exchanges will be CNC, starting on April 1, 2005.
