10,000,000 new shares subscribed by Savcor Group Ltd Oy on February 3, 2009  will be recorded in the Trade Register today on February 17, 2009. The new shares will carry shareholders´ rights from the date of registration.

Share amount of Cencorp Corporation will increase by altogether 10,000,000 shares, from 54,873,722  shares to 64,873,722 shares. The subscription price of the shares will be recorded entirely to the fund of invested non-restricted equity.
