Board of Cencorp Corporation has nominated Vice President,
Research and Development Mr. Jouni Suutarinen (38) as new CEO of Cencorp Corporation, starting on 21.11.2006. In the selection process Board emphasized strong industry know-how  and R&D background which contributes to sales.

Mr. Jouni Suutarinen has been employed by Cencorp since 1998. During years 2000 – 2004 he has been worked as Vice President, Technology and member of the management team. During years 2004 – 2005 Mr. Suutarinen worked as CEO of Cencorp Corporation until Board nominated him as CEO of fibre laser subsidiary Singulase Oy in May 2005.

After current CEO nomination Mr Suutarinen continues also as CEO of Singulase Oy.

Mr Jarmo Kanervo who acted as Executive Vice President during the CEO selection procedure returns back to his duties as CFO of Cencorp Corporation after the nomination of Mr. Suutarinen.

Mr. Pekka Kettunen has been nominated as Vice President, Research and Development and as member of the group management team, starting on 21.11.2006.

Mr. Hannu Seppälä has been nominated as Vice President, Test
Solutions and as member of the group management team, starting on 21.11.2006.
