Options under Cencorp Oyj´s 2003 option agreement have been exercised on 13.10.2006 to subscribe for 3,000,000 new Cencorp shares. The share subscription price was 0,35 euros per share, as stipulated in the option agreement.

The 3,000,000 new shares will be recorded in the Trade Register on or about 27.10.2006. Cencorp's share capital will increase by altogether 300,000 euros as a result of the subscription, totalling 3,425,059.10 euros from the date of registration. Following the increase the number of shares will total 34,250,591.

The new shares will carry dividend rights from the date of registration and the new shares will be combined with the company's existing shares on or about 27.10.2006.
