Share subscription period of Cencorp 2004 A-options has started on January 1, 2006. Subscription period ends on January 31, 2009.

Each option right entitles the option holder to subscribe for one Cencorp share with a book value of EURO 0.1. As a result of these 2004 A-subscriptions, the share capital of Cencorp can increase by a maximum of EURO 111.334,7 and the number of shares can increase by a maximum of 1.113.347 shares.

The subscription price of the share is 0.78 euros. The subscription price is decreased of the amount of dividend distributed after the end of the subscription price determination period and before the share subscription, at the the date of each distribution´s balancing date.
