FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Cencorp’s financial year is the calendar year. Cencorp publishes a financial statement release and three interim reports during the financial year. The financial statements can be found in the Annual Report.

Cencorp’s consolidated financial statements have been prepared in compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adopted in the EU. The parent company's financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Accounting Act and the guidelines and published opinions of the Accounting Board. As of 1 December 2010, Cencorp’s business segments to be reported are Laser and Automation Applications, and Special Components.
