AUDITING

The primary goal of statutory auditing is to verify that the financial statements give a true and fair view of the Group’s result and financial position during the financial period. In addition, the auditors report to the Board of Directors on the regular inspection of corporate governance and operations.

The auditor proposed by the Board of Directors is announced in the invitation to the General Meeting.  The company's auditor is Ernst & Young Oy, with Mikko Rytilahti, Authorized Public Accountant, acting as principal auditor.

The auditing fees paid to the auditor in 2010 amounted to EUR 130,000. In addition, EUR 372,000 were paid to the auditor as consultancy fees.
